On the ‘my account’ page (found at the footer of the home page), go to ‘already registered?’ and fill in your log in details.

Green Block How Do I Shop The Directory?

Use the menu bars to select the product type. Use the search bar to look for a particular item.

Orange Block How do I see more product details?

On the product page you'll see tabs at the bottom of the images, flick through these for more information.

Purple Block Why is there an item in my shopping bag which I can't buy?

Blue Block Reset Your Password

On the ‘my account’ page (found at the footer of the home page), select ‘forgot password’ at the log in box. Go through the steps to create a new password.

Green Block I have received a faulty item / My Item has become faulty

Call or email our service team, you can find these details on the ‘contact us’ page (found at the footer of the home page). If we’re busy then you can request a call back via the automated system.

Orange Block How do I search?

Type in the product name or product number in the search bar and press enter.
